2006 年3 月のメーカーと販売会社の統合および同年4 月の技術系関連会社との統合に伴い、2007 年10 月、働く仲間がひとつになり『三菱ふそう労働組合』としてスタートしました。

In March 2006, the manufacturer and the sales companies were integrated into one and the next month further integration with a technology-related company took place. In October 2007, Mitsubishi FUSO Workers' Union started as a single union for all workers at unified company.

2003	4	三菱自動車工業(株)より分社し、三菱ふそうトラック･バス(株)を設立 Mitsubishi FUSO Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) was　established, as separated from Mitsubishi Motors Corporation.	10	三菱ふそうトラック･バス労働組合発足 Mitsubishi FUSO Truck and Bus Workers' Union was inaugurated.
2006	3	メーカーと販売会社(26 社) が統合 The manufacturer and 26 sales companies were integrated.	10	FEC労働組合と統合 The union was integrated with the FEC Workers' Union.
	4	ふそうエンジニアリング(FEC) と統合 Integrated with Fuso Engineering Incorporated (FEC)
2007	8	26 販売部門を11セールスセンター(SC) に広域統合 26 sales divisions were widely integrated into 11 sales centers (SC).	10	販売会社26労働組合とメーカー労働組合が統合し、新しい｢三菱ふそう労働組合｣(27支部)を発足 26 sales company workers' union and the manufacture workers' union were integrated to the new "Mitsubishi FUSO Workers' Union" (with 27 branches).
2008			10	販売26支部を11支部に統合し、全12支部体制で第2期をスタート The second stage started with 12 branches, with former 26 branches integrated into 11.
2012			10	販売11支部を7支部に統合し、全8支部体制で第6期をスタート The sixth stage started with 8 branches, with former 12 branches integrated into 7.
